CatholicFides.com (“CatholicFides,” “we,” “us”) is operated by B3 Trinitas Media & Ventures. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You are welcome to read, search, pray with, share, and print CatholicFides content for personal, educational, parish, and non-commercial use. We simply ask that you use the site lawfully and respectfully — do not attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape at scale, or misuse the site or its AI tool, and do not use it to harm others or to misrepresent the Catholic faith.

AI tool disclaimer

CatholicFides offers an AI tool that answers questions by quoting the Church’s own source documents, such as the Catechism. We have designed it to present cited, verbatim source text rather than to generate novel theological opinions. Even so:

• The AI tool is an aid to study and reflection, not the teaching authority (Magisterium) of the Church, and not a substitute for it.
• It is not a priest, spiritual director, or counselor, and it is not the Sacrament of Confession. It carries no seal of confidentiality.
• For matters of conscience, doctrine, mental health, or personal crisis, please speak with your priest, pastor, spiritual director, or a qualified professional.
• While we strive for fidelity and accuracy, automated tools can err. Always verify against the cited source, and when in doubt, defer to the Church.

Intellectual property

The design, original writing, code, branding, and the name and marks of CatholicFides and B3 Trinitas Media & Ventures are our property and are protected by applicable law. You may share and print our content for personal and parish use with attribution, but you may not republish it commercially or present it as your own without permission.

Quoted Church documents — the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Sacred Scripture, papal and conciliar texts, and similar works — remain the property of their respective rights holders (including the Holy See / Libreria Editrice Vaticana and others). They are quoted here for educational and devotional purposes, with citation to their source. CatholicFides claims no ownership over these sacred texts.

No warranties

CatholicFides is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work diligently for fidelity, accuracy, and uptime, but we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. Your use of the site is at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B3 Trinitas Media & Ventures and CatholicFides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the AI tool, or any third-party links or services accessed through it.

The site links to outside resources — including Vatican.va, MassTimes.org, Google Maps, and Catholic booksellers — for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of websites we do not operate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site develops. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
